CONIX.AI Refund Rules & Policies
At CONIX.AI, we believe in fair billing policies that charge you based on your actual usage. Unlike traditional enterprise software pricing that charges per user regardless of usage, we implement a pay- as-you-use model.
This billing policy applies to all CONIX.AI plans purchased through our official website (CONIX.AI) and are paid for via credit card or through our self-serve invoicing process. When you purchase a paid plan for your workspace, your bill is calculated based on the number of active projects and the dedicated duration of use. Any changes to the number of active projects in your workspace will be accurately reflected in your subsequent billing statement.
In the event that all projects in your workspace become inactive, you will still be billed for the minimum package according to your initial agreement. should you decide to upgrade or downgrade your current plan, these changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is deemed appropriate, the refund amount will be prorated based on the remaining unused period. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, ensure that any cancellation requests are made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the next cycle.
